2007 Induction Workshop
It’s that time again where we all get together for our first official meeting of the year. Please note that the Induction Workshop is being held @ the SITAC boardroom next week Wednesday the 4th of April 2007. This workshop is compulsory for all LearnScope team projects and Individual projects. At least two of your team members (the manager and facilitator) must attend this workshop.
Please click here to view the Induction Program. On this program please pay particular attention to the list at the bottom of the page, which tells you what you are required to bring for the day.
As part of this workshop you are required to share 2 stories with the group (see Induction program). Here is a link to a fantastic video on YouTube about storytelling that may get the thinking progress started for you in how you are going to tell your story and what you will include. Go to http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=ira+glass+storytelling. Please note your stories will be recorded on the day to be posted to the NT LearnScope wiki on your project page. So have a really good think about what it is you are going to talk about.
If you have not done so already, please note that all LearnScopers need to be registered to the NT LearnScope Forum on EdNA Groups, as this is our main method of getting information through to you and this also gives you a chance to share your information with the other LearnScopers. Attached is a step by step guide on how to do this. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to give me a buzz. Please encourage your team members to join. If you would like to have a Forum set up especially for your team in which you will share information about your project with us, please let me know and I will arrange this for you.
If you have any queries in relation to this email or the up-coming Induction Workshop, please do not hesitate to contact either myself or Melanie.
Please RSVP your attendance and that of any additional project team members to me by Monday the 2nd of April, so that we may organize catering as required.
