Expanding Choices- e-Learning Showcase


The 2007 Northern Territory E-learning Showcase – Expanding Choices commences with international keynote presenter Alan Levine. Recognised as a leading enthusiast on using emerging technologies for teaching and learning, Alan ‘barks and growls’ about ‘cool technology’ on CogDogRoo.

Alan has spent years promoting creative uses of technology in learning for the Maricopa Community Colleges, in Arizona. In his current work for the New Media Consortium, Alan is involved in using a campus on Second Life (a 3D online virtual world) to explore educational gaming and the potential of virtual world environments.
