A taster in m-Learning to see how it can be applied with their students and to find out about its uses in a training environment.
Marcus will address the following during this Workshop ;
- Spoke about Framework projects and where it could take the Chamber in future
- SD cards- and what can be done with them, using them as a personal learning environment
- Using Learning management systems on a PD- platforms, which you could use
- Barcoding
- Talked about Tiddlywiki, how to use it- considering use for TRAC students
- Smart Tags, Radio Frequency Identification Tags (RFID’s)- how they can be used, different applications
- Marcus demonstrated how to use the GPS system on a PD, and how it could be used for assessment
- Demonstrated m-Territory website
- Marcus proposed to involve the Chamber Team in the e-mania Network
